Replace datetime.utcnow() with datetime.now(UTC)

org.openrewrite.python.migrate.ReplaceDatetimeUtcNow

The datetime.utcnow() method is deprecated in Python 3.12. Replace it with datetime.now(datetime.UTC) for timezone-aware datetime objects.
