Rename Dropdown to Select

org.openrewrite.primeng.RenameDropdownToSelect

Renames Dropdown and DropdownModule imports from primeng/dropdown to Select and SelectModule from primeng/select, and updates all identifier usages. The old names are deprecated in PrimeNG 18.
