Replace err == sql.ErrNoRows with errors.Is(err, sql.ErrNoRows) and err != sql.ErrNoRows with !errors.Is(err, sql.ErrNoRows) for correct wrapped error handling.

Run this recipe

Once the CLI is installed, you can run the recipe via:
