Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Internal.FormattedLogValues was made internal in .NET 6+. Replace the now-dead using Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Internal; with a FormattedLogValues type alias for IReadOnlyList<KeyValuePair<string, object>> (the public interface it implements) so existing references keep compiling.
