Use Order() instead of OrderBy() with identity

OpenRewrite.Recipes.CodeQuality.Linq.UseOrderInsteadOfOrderBy

Replace .OrderBy(x => x) with .Order(). The Order() method (available since .NET 7) is a cleaner way to sort elements in their natural order.
